World Photo Challenge 2008 – Terms and Conditions

  1. The ‘World Photo Challenge 2008’ competition is open to everyone, wherever in the world you may be.
  2. There is no limit to the number of entries you may submit.
  3. Competition Closes: 31st December 2008. Winner will be announced on 5th January 2009.
  4. You must purchase a copy of the print version of Discover Fiji Time Magazine (Issue 3) to enter this competition, either from a Stockist or directly from the Publisher.
  5. There are two ways to enter - using the electronic form at www.discoverfijitime.com/world or by posting your entry (or entries) to:

  1. Your submission will be reviewed before it is posted to our Online Gallery at www.discoverfijitime.com/world. You will receive a confirmation email to let you know once your photo(s) have been loaded onto our website (usually within 24 hours of submission).
  2. All entries received electronically or in the post automatically become property of Discover World Publishing Limited, and may be used by us (both online and in print) for promotional purposes.
  3. The Grand Travel Prize must be taken between: 10th January 2009 – 31st December 2009. Some blackout dates may apply.
  4. All taxes and additional costs (such as scuba diving, additional tours, extra meals/drinks etc) are payable by the prize-winners.
  5. Winners must make their own way to their nearest Air Pacific airport to begin the prize trip (a list of airports which Air Pacific service can be found in the Prize Description).
  6. All elements of the prize are non-transferable, non-exchangeable nor redeemable for cash.
  7. Travel is subject to Air Pacific’s Conditions of Carriage.
  8. The Editor’s decision is final at all times.
